BeerMasons General Terms and Conditions
AGREEMENT – MEMBERSHIP & ONLINE PURCHASING
This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree to be bound by it or with any of its provisions or to follow all applicable laws, you should NOT complete your purchase and discontinue your membership and/or use of this website immediately.
1. LICENCE COMPLIANCE
You warrant that you are of legal drinking age and are entitled by law to purchase and consume alcohol. You understand the legal penalties for buying, consuming and/or supplying alcohol to people that are not of legal drinking age.
2. MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE:
You agree to receive four deliveries per year of the BeerMasons Selection Pack and for BeerMasons to deduct your membership and shipping fees from the payment method you provide. You agree to keep your membership details up to date and to notify the BeerMasons immediately should any of your payment method details change.
3. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:
You agree for the BeerMasons to deduct your membership fees until you advise us not to. You understand that you may terminate or put your membership on hold at anytime, but not less than 14 days prior to a scheduled delivery a fee of $35.00 will apply in this instance.
Delivery schedules are published at http://www.beermasons.com/?page=deliveryschedule please note that all seasonal packs are deducted on the 1st day of each new season. So if you need to cancel please do it 7 days prior to this date to avoid cancellation fee.
Memberships can be cancelled at http://www.beermasons.com/?page=MemberCancellation by the registered member only.
4. MEMBERSHIP CREDIT CARD & SHIPPING DETAILS:
Your credit card will only be used to deduct your agreed membership fees and shipping fees. As an additional security measure, we do not integrate your credit card details into your online membership profile. Should you wish to make any additional purchases through our online store you will need to re-enter your details.
It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address and credit card details up to date. Details can be updated at http://www.beermasons.com/?page=ShippingPayupdate
If you supply or advise an incorrect shipping address Auspost will return your package to our warehouse. A restocking and admin fee of $12.50 will be payable. Additional shipping will be charged to resend the pack, this will depend on your delivery location.
5. BOTTLESHOP/EVENTS/ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:
You agree to pay for purchases that you make on our website and that the BeerMasons’ will deduct from the payment method you provide, the requisite amount and the appropriate shipping fees for your delivery location.
6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
If you are purchasing a membership from outside Australia you are aware and accept that that you may be liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country/state etc.
7. DELIVERY & DELIVERY COSTS:
All BeerMason deliveries must be signed for by an adult.
BeerMasons reserves the right to increase freight costs for the delivery of membership packs in line with any increases in packaging or freight costs. Any such increases will be posted on the BeerMasons website.
BeerMasons reserves the right to adjust postage for incorrectly specified delivery post codes during purchase.
8. RETURNS POLICY:
BeerMasons is compliant with the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act. All BeerMasons beers are hand packed and quality checked prior to shipping. If your beer has been broken or damaged in transit you must not handle any damaged items, bottles or remove any of the contents of the pack. You must reseal the box and contact us immediately via the "contact us” page on this website. We will contact you to assess the situation and if required, we will issue a Reply Paid number for you to return your order via Australia Post.
You must retain all original packaging in order to complete your return. Packs/beers will not be replaced or a credit issued unless evidence is supplied of in transit breakage or that the beer is not of merchantable quality.
Should a particular delivery address experience continual return issues, BeerMasons reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the membership or request the Member to change their delivery address.
9. WEBSITE USE:
If you have purchased a membership, your order will be processed and you will receive an invitation to join the BeerMasons online community. When you log in to our member site, you will be required to accept the website user agreement. Your use of the BeerMasons website is provided as a complimentary service. The website agreement governs user behaviour and rules for our online community.
10. COPYRIGHT, INDEMNITY & DISCLAIMER:
The BeerMasons name, logo, marketing collateral and online content is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in part or whole without the prior written consent of BeerMasons Pty Ltd. You agree that BeerMasons Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries, associated entities, directors, share holders and staff cannot be held liable for any claims for damages, loss or injury as a result of your membership and your purchase or use of any of our products and/or services or information. Many of our online offers are strictly limited and are offered on a first in basis until sold out. The BeerMasons reserves the right to change or discontinue its product line, its site and its terms and conditions at its sole discretion, at any time.
